The Many "Quotes" of Barack Hussein Obama, and others

i'm sure i will be adding to this in the coming months.......... some the following quotes are racial, some of them are downright RACIST, some of them are about his drug use and lax attitude toward it, some of them show that he is unsure of himself - but ALL of them show that he is unfit to lead this country, not because he's black, because he's racist towards underprivileged blacks and ALL whites! not because he's inexperienced, because he's going to send us into the worst recession we've ever seen! not because he's used drugs, because he doesn't think there was anything wrong about his drug use during his “younger years”

i would love for everyone to read these quotes, but especially those who have taken on a labor of love for this arrogant elitist.... i have heard blacks say they are voting for him just because he is black - well, why didn't i up and vote for Bill Richardson since he's Hispanic? because that isn't the position to take - read the quotes and think about your decision!!! don't vote for someone because of color or looks or anything other than their outlook on life, America, and our future!

UNFIT TO COMMAND, PART II........ and now, the quotes from Obama, himself:

“I will stand with them (Muslims) should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

“The emotion between the races could never be pure.... the other race would always remain just that: menacing, alien, and apart.”

“I ceased to advertise my mother's race (WHITE) at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites”

“I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa, that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself....”

“I am not in favor of concealed weapons. I think that creates a potential atmosphere where more innocent people could (get shot during) altercations.”

“The person who made me proudest of all, though, was [half brother] Roy.... He converted to Islam.”

“...I've got two daughters. Nine years old and six years old. I am going to teach them first of all about values and morals. But if they make a mistake, I don't want them punished with a baby.”

“I cannot swallow whole the view of Lincoln as the Great Emancipator.”

“I opposed the Defense of Marriage Act in 1996. It should be repealed and I will vote for its repeal on the Senate floor. I will also oppose any proposal to amend the U.S. Constitution to ban gays and lesbians from marrying.”

“You know, my faith is one that admits some doubt.”

Rev. Rick Warren, best-selling author of “The Purpose-Driven Life,” asked Obama to define the term “rich.” Obama replied “Well, if you've got book sales of 25 million”referring to Obama's book, The Audacity of Hope, which promptly drew laughter and a high-five from Rev. Warren.

“Three words: Vice President Oprah” –the #1 item from Barack Obama's Top Ten Campaign Promises, which he presented on the Letterman show

“Look, when I was a kid, I inhaled frequently. That was the point.”

“I had learned not to care. I blew a few smoke rings, remembering those years. Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though....”

“Junkie. Pothead. That's where I'd been headed: the final, fatal role of the young would-be black man. Except the highs hadn't been about that, me trying to prove what a down brother I was. Not by then, anyway. I got high for just the opposite effect, something that could push questions of who I was out of my mind, something that could flatten out the landscape of my heart, blur the edges of my memory. I had discovered that it didn't make any difference whether you smoked reefer in the white classmate's sparkling new van, or in the dorm room of some brother you'd met down at the gym, or on the beach with a couple of Hawaiian kids who had dropped out of school and now spent most of their time looking for an excuse to brawl. ...You might just be bored, or alone. Everybody was welcome into the club of disaffection.”

“It is true, I worry about the hype. The only person more over-hyped than me is you.” –said towards Jon Stewart

“I would have to...investigate more of Bill's dancing abilities, you know, and some of this other stuff before I accurately judge whether he was in fact a brother.” --on whether Bill Clinton was “our first black president”
“It's like I was shot out of a cannon. I'm so overexposed that I make Paris Hilton look like a recluse.” --was that a WHITE joke coming from a BLACK man?

“It was usually an effective tactic, another one of those tricks I had learned: (White) People were satisfied so long as you were courteous and smiled and made no sudden moves. They were more than satisfied, they were relieved -- such a pleasant surprise to find a well-mannered young black man who didn't seem angry all the time.”

“You got into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.” --i'm not from Penn., but i guess i'm bitter to since i'm gonna keep a hold of my guns and my religion!

“You know, the truth is that right after 9/11, I had a (flag) pin. Shortly after 9/11, particularly because as we’re talking about the Iraq war, that became a substitute for, I think, true patriotism, which is speaking out on issues that are of importance to our national security, I decided I won’t wear that pin on my chest...

“I don't think my church is particularly controversial.” and then followed by.... Rev. Wright is “like an old uncle who sometimes says things I don't agree with.”

“I can no more disown (Jeremiah Wright) than I can disown the black community. I can no more disown him than I can my white grandmother - a woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world, but a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe.” and then the reply to that being…. “The point I was making was not that Grandmother harbors any racial animosity. She doesn't. But she is a typical white person...”--WHAT? a “typical white person”??? God forbid McCain or any Republican ever say the words “typical black person” in public, then this country would REALLY be in trouble!

“What I value most about Pastor Wright is not his day-to-day political advice. He's much more of a sounding board for me to make sure that I am speaking as truthfully about what I believe as possible and that I'm not losing myself in some of the hype and hoopla and stress that's involved in national politics.” --good news, Rev. Wright is giving Obama DAILY political advice.... see below for some of his quotes about our beloved country....

==============================================

And now, some quotes from Obama's Race Baiting Spiritual Mentor & Confidant, Jeremiah Wright:

“The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing 'God Bless America.' No, no, no, God d*mn America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people. God d*mn America for treating our citizens as less than human.God d*mn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme.” --probably one of THE most anti-American statements ever spoken in the history of America…….

“We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back to our own front yards. America's chickens are coming home to roost.”

“In the 21st century, white America got a wake-up call after 9/11/01. White America and the western world came to realize that people of color had not gone away, faded into the woodwork or just 'disappeared' as the Great White West kept on its merry way of ignoring black concerns.” --as if BLACKS had something to do with 9/11...... rather, as if HE had something to do with 9/11...... and correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t ALL of America affected by 9/11, not just WHITE America?

“We started the AIDS virus. ...We are only able to maintain our level of living by making sure that Third World people live in grinding poverty” then in another quote.... “The government lied about inventing the HIV virus as a means of genocide against people of color. The government lied.” --okay, conspiracy theory much?????? settle down there, lunatic….

==============================================

And now, some quotes from Barack's wife, Michelle:

For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country. And not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change. And I have been desperate to see our country moving in that direction.”

“...(T)he realities are that, you know, as a black man, you know, Barack can get shot going to the gas station, you know.”

“The truth is, in order to get things like universal health care and a revamped education system, then someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more.” --essentially, THE DEFINITION OF SOCIALISM............. I don’t care how you try to rephrase that or backtrack on your words, she is talking about the rich giving to the poor forcibly from the government, such that the poor can have a better living just like the rich……… should it bother you that this candidate sleeps with this woman every night? YES!!!! because he believes the same thing too!!!!

“Barack Obama will require you to work. He is going to demand that you shed your cynicism. That you put down your divisions. That you come out of your isolation, that you move out of your comfort zones. That you push yourselves to be better. And that you engage. Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual, uninvolved, uninformed.”
